Nishaan – Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to work with you and make it right. Please contact us at info@eatnishaan.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and any relevant photos.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you on a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Food and perishable goods
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Personal care goods
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will work with you to resolve it
Refunds
We do not offer refunds as all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If approved, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
